Must Have
• BS and/or MS in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field like Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, or Supply Chain
• 5 or more years of development in IBM CPLEX Optimization Programming Language (OPL)
• 5 or more years of development in Python (or similar OOP language)
• Professional experience working with large datasets, and proficient in SQL, SSMS (SQL Server)
• Experience in developing and maintaining operations research optimization models for multi-echelon supply chain organizations
• Experience developing software architectures spanning multiple technologies and languages
• Experience proposing innovative modeling approaches or algorithms
• Expert in creating, modifying, and reverse engineering complex stored procedures and user defined functions that will be used in critical Planning applications.
• Expert in mathematical optimization and decomposition of complex problems for custom solutions
• Able to understand business requirements, develop systems, and managing continuous improvement projects
• In Depth knowledge of Supply Chain and Supply planning concepts and should have worked on integrating custom or enterprise supply planning systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be great team player, problem solver with critical thinking
• Should have working experience in Agile methodology and SDLC phases and should be able to deliver in sprints
