We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Workplace Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our internal digital workplace products and services. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our employees and translating them into innovative and effective digital solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, communication, and overall employee experience.
As a Digital Workplace Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital workplace offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global workforce and align with our company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with IT, HR, Communications, and other cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver a seamless and engaging digital experience for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Vision: Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital workplace products and services, aligning with business goals and employee needs.
- Product Planning and Development: Gather and prioritize user feedback, market research, and internal requirements to define product features and functionalities. Translate these into clear and concise user stories and specifications for development teams.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and retirement, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, gather input, and communicate product plans and progress.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors providing digital workplace tools and services.
- User Experience Focus: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring our digital workplace solutions are intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Adoption and Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with our digital workplace tools and platforms.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of our digital workplace products. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
- Communication and Training: Develop and deliver clear and effective communication and training materials to educate employees on how to best utilize our digital workplace tools.
- Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies in the digital workplace space, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital workplace technologies or internal IT products.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace concepts, including collaboration platforms (e.g., Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Lucidchart, Figma), content management systems, communication tools, and employee experience platforms.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific digital workplace platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Atlasian, Airtable, Smartsheet, Figma, Lucidchart).
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Experience managing external vendors and contracts
