Job Responsibilities:
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide the highest quality candidates to supported business segment/units/regions.
- Develop sourcing strategies, tactics and leverage online recruiting resources as well as our in-house ATS and CRM to both identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Prescreen and interview candidates, utilizing behavioral based interviewing methodologies, as well as work with the Scheduling Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing specific information on Informatica's business strategy, department background, and position requirements.
- Educate hiring managers on market research fundamentals pertaining to their relevant jobs and collaborate on interview techniques when necessary.
- Lead and document post-interview debrief / feed-back with interview teams and candidates.
- Thorough and efficient capturing of candidate information, and documenting within Informatica's ATS.
- Provide recruitment status metrics to all pertinent stakeholders regularly.
- May provide guidance to lesser scoped/leveled recruiters in both company / industry knowledge, as well as in candidate / internal customer engagement techniques and methods.
- Knowledge & Skills Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization who resolves wide ranges of issues in creative ways.
- This is the fully qualified, career oriented, journey level position.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. - Expands skills and practical knowledge by routinely working with experts in the field and outside of immediate team/area/segment.
