Work Location Partial remote, three days in office and two days remote. Address is N16 W22419 Watertown Road-WI04-01-Pewaukee-HealthCare Institute (HCI)
NTE Bill rate ***/hr***(mark-up is 40% max and do not submit over bill rate)
Travel Required (% of travel) Travel to office when onsite.
Is this a temp to perm position contract to cover medical leave.
Acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service, to explain process, answer questions, provide documents, provide follow up and closure of complaints/escalations/issues related to vendor credentialing.
Ability to manage demanding workload; self-motivated; able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with rapidly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships internally and externally
Problem solver
Ability to meet deadlines
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
