Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). The ideal candidate will be hands-on with designing, developing, and supporting RICEW components, handling complex interfaces and conversions, and delivering robust technical solutions aligned with business processes across manufacturing and logistics.

• Design, develop, and deploy RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) for Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules.
• Develop and support custom solutions for modules such as:
  • WIP (Work in Process)
  • BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • INV (Inventory)
  • PO (Purchasing)
  • OM (Order Management)
  • ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)
  • Costing
  • Quality
• Build and troubleshoot inbound/outbound interfaces using Oracle public APIs and open interfaces.
• Perform data migration using SQL*Loader, PL/SQL scripts, and custom conversion programs.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL code, stored procedures, packages, and triggers for business logic implementation.
• Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, OTBI, and Discoverer.
• Customize workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder and support workflow notifications, AME rules, and approvals.
• Handle personalizations and extensions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Forms Personalization, and custom libraries.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design walkthroughs, and performance tuning exercises.
• Provide technical support for production incidents, root cause analysis, and bug fixes.
• Assist in Oracle patch testing, cloning, and upgrade projects related to manufacturing modules.
• Maintain technical documentation (MD70, CV40, MD120) and follow standard development and change control practices.

• 8+ years of technical experience in Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Manufacturing and SCM modules.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI/XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder.
• Deep understanding of EBS data models for WIP, BOM, INV, OM, PO, ASCP, etc.
• Experience working with Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces for transactions such as BOM import, job creation, inventory movement, and order creation.
• Proficiency in developing custom interfaces and conversions between Oracle EBS and external systems (ERP, MES, WMS, etc.).
• Exposure to performance tuning, bulk data processing, and exception handling in large-volume environments.
• Experience with R12 cloning, patching, and troubleshooting issues in multi-org setups.
• Excellent understanding of multi-org architecture, MOAC, Client objects, concurrent programs, and flexfields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
