Business Analyst - EDI

JOB DESCRIPTION:
EDI Trading Partner Onboarding:
Ramp-up new and/or existing suppliers to enable EDI exchange for critical transactions, undertaking all the tasks but not limited to below 
- EDI Communication setup.
- Trading Partner profile setup with Data Integration team as well as ERP.
- Guide the Suppliers/Carriers through questions and concerns during EDI setup.
- Run end-2-end test cycle to ensure adherence to Rivian's specs.
- Coordinating Go-Live sprints with all the key stakeholders.
- Support infant care support for the Suppliers post EDI Onboarding.
- Work cross-functionally within Supply Chain team (Purchasing, Logistics, and Program Management) and external teams (Material Planning, Warehousing, Finance) to ensure that the EDI mapping is done correctly and that all the business scenarios are captured during the map development.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and reporting onboarding status for Supplier and Carrier base.

EDI Operations Support:
- Assisting with day-2-day EDI operations issues and queries for Rivian internal as well as External stakeholders.
- Follow EDI Team's standard operating procedure for issue escalation and/or mitigation.
- Enforce Rivian's EDI guidelines with Suppliers and Carriers to ensure accuracy and avoid chargebacks.
- Work with cross functional teams to assist with EDI questions or concerns and coordinate resolution efforts required.
