Senior Product Manager

What you ll do: Prioritize and drive product backlogs with your dedicated and dependent engineering teams Understand complex business and operational requirements and break them down into epics and user stories for engineering teams Lead engagements with external partners and clients to advance product improvements and innovative solutions Work with internal project stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations to translate customer needs into meaningful products Lead in a fast-paced, agile, multi-country, dynamic environment What you ll need: Bachelor s degree or higher with a technical discipline and 5+ years of related experience OR Advanced degree or MBA with BS or higher in Computer Science preferred and 3+ years of related experience Related experience in product management with domain knowledge of card issuing and processing services
Superior written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners Highly organized and capable of helping teams navigate ambiguity and execute with confidence Ability to work with remote teams
