- Hands-on experience in managing overall SDLC viz. scope analysis, requirements study, design, development, testing, rendering application enhancement support while maintaining coordination with stakeholders & providing them with regular updates about the project.
- Hands on knowledge in audits/project management reviews for entire account and in project management (from project startup to project windup)
- Played a pivotal role in understanding process requirements and provided use cases for business, functional & technical requirements; interacted with users for requirement gathering; prepared functional specifications and low-level design documents with extensive experience in Retail Supply Chain over the past 5+ years.
- Built & led high-performing, result-oriented & internationally distributed teams of engineers; enhanced morale, facilitated cross-group collaboration, global on-site/off-shore engagements, and ensured staff development & talent management.
