Job Title: Digitalization & Process Governance Lead

Role Overview
We re looking for a skilled Digitalization & Process Governance Business Analyst to lead projects, process setups, and governance initiatives. This is techno-functional role involves acting as a super Admin for tools like Coupa and Icertis, ensuring effective process governance and stakeholder support. Should have a procurement or supply chain background, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for both technology and process.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Drive digitalization projects, set up processes, and establish governance frameworks.
Platform Administration: Serve as Super user for tools like Coupa and Icertis, supporting platform optimization and troubleshooting. work with business, IT and vendors for query resolutions, change management and adoption.
Sourcing : Act as center of excellence for tools like Coupa, Icertis and other internal solutions
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to align on objectives and provide training on processes and tools.
Techno-Functional Support: Bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring tools meet business needs.
Project Management : Ensure all assigned tasks and action items are tracked and closed
Requirements
Experience: 4-8 years in project management, process setup, and governance.
Skills: Proficiency in Coupa, Icertis, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred: Background in procurement or supply chain, adaptable with a fast-learning mindset.
