UX Writer

Skill Set:

• BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, User Experience (UX), or a related field
• At least 7 years of UX writing experience in UX writer or Content Designer roles (Important: This is not a marketing copywriter, creative writer, or technical writer role.)
• Solid understanding of, or work experience in, e-commerce and/or communications for service design
• Superb skills in UX writing and editing, content design, and information architecture for complex user flows and documentation sets
• Expertise in storytelling from the user's perspective
• Strong attention to detail and a penchant for high quality
• Experience working in Figma
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
• Expertise with Google productivity tools like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience and the ability to drive end-to-end solutions, independently
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Legal teams - comfortable discussing technical issues, from engineering details to design minutiae
• Familiarity with web and mobile UI design principles and practices
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope well with frequently changing requirements
