Project coordinator/Operations Manager

We are looking to hire an Implementation / Operations Manager (contractor, 12 months starting late April / early May) to oversee the launch and execution of two product pilots for a nutrition related product with a few dieticians and a small cohort of pilot participants (n

Manage the launch and operations of the pilots to ensure they stay on track and meet defined objectives.

Work with pilot stakeholders, including internal product/strategy/clinical teams and external partners, to ensure timely delivery of data and overall success of pilots.

Assist in creating informational materials and planning training sessions for pilot participants.

Collaborate with stakeholder to identify and resolve problems.

Travel to pilot sites (Georgia, Florida) as needed to launch programs and check in regularly over the course of the pilots.

Track and report on pilot progress, including quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Coordinate with the product team to gather and synthesize feedback to inform product/program improvements.

Ensure that the pilot meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations/implementation, including experience in standing up programs in a healthcare delivery setting
• Skills: project management, problem solving, attention to detail, communication, cross-functional stakeholder management
• Bias towards action; self-starter; ability to navigate in ambiguity.
• Interest in product development / tech-enabled service delivery / data driven health tech
