- Minimum 8 years of exp in the related field
- Top Designing skills:-
- Strong evidence of interaction design, visual design and mid level motion design
- Proficient with using design system
- Tool- Figma
- Strong prototyping skills, able to make complex prototypes
- Solid understanding system and architecture: info flows, IA user journey, etc
- User research (ability to plan, execute and analyze end to end study)
- Hands on design work capabilities
- Need to share portfolio of work- both hands on as well as directing a team
