About us:
As an Operations Tech Manager, you:
Will help develop and support the C&D Team, IT, Stakeholders across, and the C&D Ops Sys Admin Team with various projects including but not limited to: managing project plans for platform transitions for 2 major platforms, partnering with IT and vendors and developing and managing timelines and milestones, working with vendors to onboard, implement, and facilitate data transitions across multiple platforms, and much more.
You will support the C&D Operations Team to help manage and create organization, streamline documentation, communications, and processes, manage milestones and roll out, and suggest new efficiencies, processes, technologies, and resources that can be used for the betterment of the team ongoing.

You will support the C&D Operations Team to help manage and create organization, streamline documentation, communications, and processes, manage milestones and roll out, and suggest new efficiencies, processes, technologies, and resources that can be used for the betterment of the team ongoing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the C&D Operations Team to ensure that projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief.
- Vendor relationship management through RFP selection and product implementation.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks (status updates, task tracking, proactive communication, stakeholder comms).
- Organizing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and contracts.
- Maintaining tracking spreadsheets, decks, documentation, active status reports, stakeholder communications, project plans.
- Working with cross functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Hosting status meetings with internal stakeholders, sys admins, and vendors.
- Submitting Cybersecurity, Privacy, and New Vendor Onboarding reviews to ensure Compliance and best practices across various key Platforms.
- Research, support, manage, and act as SME on new technologies supported by CD Ops.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to make good use of feedback.
- Able to learn from mistakes and to take quick action to correct them.
- Ability to work effectively access multiple teams and projects in a time sensitive capacity.
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable, able to work autonomously.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Strong project management principles and practices.
- Eager to learn, contribute and share ideas.
- Team and process oriented.
- Minimum 5+ years of technical project management experience/ graduate from an accredited university/college.
- Technical Project Management experience and credentials.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Experience in high traffic project coordination in a mid to larger company.
- Understanding of how to use Google - Drive, Documents, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong basis of technical understanding and ability to quickly learn and describe new technologies.
