Principle Process Automation Engineer

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Ideal candidate will have process automation experience supporting commercial drug product (Fill Finish) manufacturing operations. The role will (1) Support manufacturing operations (i.e. troubleshooting issues, etc) and (2) implementation of new systems/technology. But it is important that they have GMP manufacturing experience for a biopharmaceutical company. Ideally in vial sterile filling operations. Delta V, Rockwell, MES, Client systems, SCADA Degree in Engineering
• Biotech/Pharma industry experience
• GMP experience supporting a bio/pharma manufacturing facility
• Process Engineering
• Automation
• DeltaV Rockwell Automation is first choice of DCS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 7-10yrs of serious relevant experience Looking for someone who has done this specific work extensively

Preferred:

• You have experience working in an environment utilizing change control and good documentation practices.
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• You have experience with Rockwell Automation technologies.
• You have a solid track record developing automation solutions.
• You have experience working with servo drives, robotics, vision systems, SCADA, mechatronics and motion control.
• You have the ability to interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings.
