AI Expert Contributor: Radiation Oncology (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)

Expected Pay Rate:
This position is paid on the below task-based structure:

• $20 for each question you submit
• $80 (additional) for each question you submit that passes peer review
• $10 for each question you peer review

We expect successful workers to average about $70 - $140 per hour in earnings.

Schedule:
Set your own schedule, work any time of day, ideally 8 hours per week or more.

About This Role:
HireArt is helping an established AI company pioneering new approaches to data development find Radiation Oncology Subject Matter Experts.

In this role, you ll support a research department by developing difficult, domain-specific questions that probe and illuminate the limitations of modern AI models. You'll also perform peer reviews of questions developed by others.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree Holder in Radiation Oncology, Radiation Therapy, Radiobiology, Medical Physics, Radiation Physics, Clinical Radiation Oncology, Brachytherapy, Radiation Safety, or other relevant discipline
• At minimum, must be in the second year of residency (i.e., postgraduate year 2 - PGY2)
• An academic or professional focus in Radiation Oncology
• Recent experience in the field as a
  • Professor/Lecturer/Instructor
  • Graduate Assistant
  • Undergraduate or graduate level teaching assistant
  • Researcher
  • Editorial board member
  • Consultant, adviser, or professional in the field
• Strong English grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• The ability to write clear, thorough yet succinct summaries
• Attention to detail in reviewing and editing written materials
• Ability to work asynchronously on tasks and occasionally meet live to discuss the tasks
• A reliable computer and internet connection
• A signed NDA and completed background check are required
• Previous experience in Test Item Writing, Exam Development, Exam Scoring, or AI is a huge plus
