Job Title: Project Coordinator - IT PMO Office
About Us: Solidigm is a leading organization in the microprocessor sector, dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions. Our Project Management Office (PMO) is at the heart of our project execution, ensuring that our IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our IT PMO office. The ideal candidate will support the Program and Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for technology and project management. The role reports in directly to the IT Chief of Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that stakeholders needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Use project management tools (Jira) to monitor budget, plans, and money spent.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 2 years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Jira).
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- PMP certification is a plus.
