Work Location: 100% Onsite Pure HQ, Santa Clara, CA
Work Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday
Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager

Join Pure s Digital Transformation Group (DTG) as a Contract OCM Lead to support two of our most critical transformation programs: Subscription and Revenue Management (SRM) and Core Finance. You ll be stepping into an existing change role, helping to maintain momentum, strengthen the OCM strategy, and ensure successful implementation of major systems and process updates across our finance and functions.
What You ll Do
Own and drive OCM strategy and execution for SRM and Core Finance programs, collaborating closely with program managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders
Build on existing change plans and deliverables to support business readiness, change impact analysis, and stakeholder alignment
Lead end-to-end OCM delivery including stakeholder analysis, communications, training coordination, engagement activities, and sustainment planning
Facilitate working sessions, readiness checkpoints, and business leader alignment meetings to keep change efforts on track
Partner with key enabling teams (L&D, Comms, Enablement) to coordinate training delivery and create clear, action-oriented communications
Monitor feedback, adoption progress, and change risks, adjusting strategies as needed to support successful outcomes
Education: Bachelor s degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or a related discipline
A strong grasp of OCM best practices and familiarity with structured frameworks like Prosci
Experience supporting ERP, finance transformation, or procurement-related change efforts. Experience with SAP and Zoura is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to step into an active project, quickly assess needs, and independently drive outcomes
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and high-visibility environment
