Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline
- 2 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or retail media
- Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or JSON/XML familiarity)
- Deep understanding of API-based product ecosystems, self-serve platforms, and developer enablement
- Skilled at translating technical features into clear customer and partner value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach to content and GTM storytelling
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across engineering, product, partnerships, and marketing
Experience
- Experience as a traditional product marketing manager (messaging, positioning, segmentation, GTM
- Contribute to GTM materials for partner-facing platform extensibility initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and articulate developer workflows, integration use cases, and adoption blockers
- Create or contribute to technical enablement content (e.g., integration guides, SDK documentation, solution briefs) Create API needs, workflows, resources integrated into the GTM process to develop best practices
Responsibilities
- Translate complex API capabilities and workflows into clear messaging, enablement materials, and GTM strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to shape how products are packaged, launched, and adopted by partners, sellers, and suppliers
- Develop content strategy and best practices for reaching both technical (developers) and business (partners, sellers) audiences
- Ask the right discovery questions:
- What problems are API partners trying to solve?
- Where do they hit friction in workflows?
- How should we evolve GTM to reduce time-to-value for integrations?
- Create sales enablement and external-facing resources (e.g., API explainer decks, use case briefs, case studies)
- Partner with supplier/seller enablement teams to educate on new API products, onboarding flows, and performance benefits
- Monitor adoption metrics and partner feedback to evolve best practices and influence the product roadmap
