Who You'll Work With

We are looking for a creative, driven, and enthusiastic digital marketer to join our fast- paced, growing, in-house cloud security paid media marketing team
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experts in their field, project manage campaigns that speak to our audience needs across multiple SaaS cloud security products, and support various routes to market - including social media.

The Paid Social Media Specialist role will collaborate with a wide variety of employees and marketing groups to coordinate on projects, timelines, and campaigns
This is a key role on the paid media team as we work together to create powerful, demand-generating digital programs, and deliver our message in new and exciting ways through a variety of digital marketing channels including social media..

Primary responsibilities include:

• Copywriting for digital ads for social media – leveraging keyword research, audience data, and sales tactics

• Project manage large-scale paid social media projects that span multiple quarters

• Project manage quarterly goals with paid media team

• Ability to be creative within brand guidelines and provide A/B testing ideas for
paid media channels

• Ability to understand marketing needs and cultural diversity in ads across
global market regions – leveraging reports and digital marketing best
practices

• Work with translation teams to project manage global advertising expansion
into key territories and multiple languages

• Comfortable working with ambiguity, testing theories, and finding solutions
through data-driven results

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications for social
media

• Analyze data and write – test – rewrite to optimize various ad campaigns for
multiple products on a weekly basis

• Ability to provide optimizations suggestions based off data for paid social media
designs and copy

• Work closely with paid media team to understand the needs of the paid social media
channels and pivot priorities accordingly

• Ability to analyze data and come up with creative marketing solutions
Work with content teams to provide guidance through data-driven insights and help project manage their deliverables to meet paid media goals

• Ability to work with marketing counterparts to develop campaigns that will enhance product messaging and increase KPIs

• Ability to juggle multiple requests and feedback from various stakeholders with overlapping deadlines or priorities

• Partner with product, marketing, agencies, and brand design team members to help drive the development of high impact, high quality and persuasive digital ads

• Work closely with the paid media and various marketing teams to ensure consistent brand look and feel across multiple marketing channels

• Works closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels through digital marketing campaigns and unique paid media ads

• This person will work closely with their paid media counterparts to develop unique ad content that captures the users attention to drive business goals

• Work with agencies to conduct competitive research, project manage campaigns for platform diversification, and influence content creation that meets our audience needs to drive MQLs

• Project manage media plans to launch campaigns in a timely manner throughout the quarter

• Continuously improve by analyzing social, search, and display metrics to glean insights and develop best practices for paid media and the wider team

• Collaborate with internal team members and agencies on a daily basis

• Identify trends and insights, bring optimizations ideas to the table to improve
performance KPIs

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize paid media landing pages and
improve the user experience

Who You Are


• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to set the tone and positively lead other writers and marketers in a consistent voice across various brand properties for paid social media.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent eye for detail.

• Strong knowledge of Google display ads, paid search advertising, and social media marketing – including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.

• Ability to hit fast-moving deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once.

• Copywriting experience is a must, sales experience is a bonus.

• A creative mindset identifying target audiences and helpful to develop digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing experiments.

• Experiences providing optimization guidance to improve UX on paid social media landing pages to move users through the sales funnel.

• Solid knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and various social media campaign analytic platforms within various social networks.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices within digital marketing advertising and measurement.

• Positive attitude, detail oriented, stamina to collaborate with others on a daily basis
Highly organized while juggling various priorities across multiple products and channels.
