Simulation Test Engineer

The Manufacturing Simulation Quality Testing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing manufacturing simulation models to ensure product quality and process efficiency. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, and develop strategies to improve product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain manufacturing simulation models using a variety of simulation software packages.
• Analyze simulation results to identify potential quality issues and process inefficiencies.
• Recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and track results.
• Develop and maintain test plans for new products and processes.
• Execute test plans and analyze results to ensure product quality.
• Document simulation models, test plans, and test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing simulation or quality testing.
• Experience with a variety of simulation software packages.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
