Facilities Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We re looking for a Facilities Specialist who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. This role proactively maintains our space, ensures smooth daily operations, and enhances the employee and guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and upkeep of shared spaces to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Proactive Care: Identify and address maintenance needs before they become issues, working with vendors when necessary.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and replenish janitorial and facility supplies to ensure the office is always stocked.
• Event & Meeting Support: Set up and break down spaces for events, meetings, and company gatherings.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular checks to ensure all spaces meet health, safety, and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with workplace operations, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth facility functionality.

What You Bring:

• Experience in facilities, janitorial, or maintenance roles (bonus if in an office or corporate setting).
• Ability to troubleshoot minor building issues (lighting, plumbing, furniture assembly, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset seeing what needs to be done before being asked.
• A team-oriented, helpful attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
