Position: Business Development Manager (Cisco) - Local Candidates Only
Location: BayOne Office, Bangalore, India
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-time with BayOne Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Prior experience with Cisco clientele preferred.
- Execute high-volume client engagement strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in networking events, aiming for a minimum of 10 meetings weekly.
- Maintain flexibility in traveling to and from client sites as needed.
- Display strong individual and team-oriented capabilities to manage schedules effectively and exceed set objectives.
- Handle existing client accounts and identify potential new targets to meet or surpass monthly goals.
- Take ownership of developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

- Previous exposure to CRM or Sales Enablement tools like Salesforce.
- Proficient in direct sales for business development and client acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Expertise in lead generation and cold calling to identify, support, and close sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with adaptability for a fast-paced environment.
- History of establishing professional relationships.
- Well-connected within the industry segment, with a knack for acquiring and expanding customer base.
- Ability to foster relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
- Bonus points for a proven record of generating new business and driving revenue growth.
