Senior Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Business, Product Management, and Engineering teams to help build products, manage cross-team dependencies, user testing, oversee rollouts, and drive adoption. You will be instrumental in bridging cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch. This position is based in Pleasanton, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering teams to define program goals, artifacts and deliverables.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate user testing sessions, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee the rollout of products to users, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that arise.
• Support in driving user adoption through different strategies including, effective communication, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor and report on project status, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or management consulting, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment.
• Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and user experience principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments in a matrix organization to execute and deliver results.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Merchandising, Retail, or eCommerce experience is a plus.
• Experience in digital transformation is a bonus.
