HRMs who is temporarily taking on a HRBP role
I would like to share the Job Description with you and see if you have any candidate resumes available for viewing
This is an on-site role and it's full-time.
This person would need to have a background in handling leaves of absence [FMLA/CFRA/ ADA] for the state of WA and California, as well as experience with onboarding/offboarding and some background in handling immigration visas
I would say 70% of the role would be handling the US leaves/benefits for all US employees.
