As a Site Reliability Engineer within the Webex Signaling group, you will work with a team that builds, deploys and troubleshoots robust, highly available and stable micro-services that power all major Webex workloads
The candidate will primarily be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting Signaling microservices within Webex using cloud technologies like Elasticsearch, Kibana and Grafana.
• Minimum Requirements: ("Must have” Qualifications)

BS or MS in Computer Science (or a related field) with 2+ years of experience as DevOps engineer, SRE, software engineer, or system engineer
2
Proven programming skills (Java, Python, Linux Shell, Go, etc.)
3
Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana or similar log management platform
4
Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos or similar analytics and metrics management platform
5
Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Ansible, Terraform and Linux OS
6
AWS services such as S3, Route 53, ElastiCache and RDS
7
Excellent written & verbal communication skills to work with the global Engineering team
8
Perform well under pressure and in disruptive environments where priorities can change in response to market and internal demand
9
Proven ability to work cross-function and cross-department
