Skill Set:
BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, User Experience (UX), or a related field
At least 7 years of UX writing experience in UX writer or Content Designer roles (Important: This is not a marketing copywriter, creative writer, or technical writer role.)
Solid understanding of, or work experience in, e-commerce and/or communications for service design
Superb skills in UX writing and editing, content design, and information architecture for complex user flows and documentation sets
Expertise in storytelling from the user's perspective
Strong attention to detail and a penchant for high quality
Experience working in Figma
Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
Expertise with Google productivity tools like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.
Proven project and stakeholder management experience and the ability to drive end-to-end solutions, independently
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Legal teams - comfortable discussing technical issues, from engineering details to design minutiae
Familiarity with web and mobile UI design principles and practices
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope well with frequently changing requirements
Scope and Deliverables:
This role will be responsible for working closely with a designer to top Google Fi Wireless projects.

- Create mocks to A/B tests for new extended free trial options
- Propose flows on new promotions and how they are displayed within a cart summary and bill
- Fraud prevention UX - Preventing fraudsters from returning to Fi, while allowing good users to return seamlessly
