Job Description:
- Overall Experience 2-5 years
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Troubleshooting issues
- Strong Communication skills
- Familiarity with Support Ticket Management systems/process(Prior L2 support experience is a plus)
- Oracle SQL/PLSQL knowledge
- Fieldglass\any VMS system knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Oracle IProcurement/Ariba/Workday is a plus
