Your specific responsibilities will be to:
- API reference guide
- Tutorials
- Videos
- FAQs
- Gather raw data, from other documentation or colleagues, for inclusion into KM content
- Manage and Update existing content, including
- Article review and obsolescence assessment
- Document changes and updates
- Document retirement
- Operate in a fast-paced development environment
- Communicate with product team and platform engineering leads, surfacing issues as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor' Degree with at least 1 year experience in relevant area, technical writing and documentation
- Experience on modern authoring tools (written documentation as well as video)
- General knowledge of RESTful APIs, XML, JSON
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines
- Portfolio examples of top-notch documentation
- Experience with online retail, ecommerce is a plus
