Job Description:
We are seeking a Mobile Architect to lead the design and development of innovative, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. This is a strategic role focused on crafting next-generation mobile experiences that align with business goals and global digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale, enterprise-level iOS mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, Backend, and QA to define mobile strategies and architecture standards.
- Establish best practices for mobile architecture, performance optimization, code quality, and security.
- Guide and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure alignment between mobile app architecture and overall system architecture.
- Play a key role in scaling mobile platforms to support a global user base.
- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with 5+ years in iOS development.
- Strong experience in mobile architecture and scalable app design.
- Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing mobile applications at a global scale.
- Expertise in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and automated testing tools for mobile.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Android or cross-platform technologies is a plus.
- Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in relation to mobile applications.
