Tech Transformation Manage
Title: Tech Transformation Manager (Associate Director Level)
Location: Madrid, Spain
Contract Type: Contract-to-hire (12 months).
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Tech Transformation Manager for a senior-level Associate Director position based in Spain, with primary work locations in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have in large-scale technology transformation projects, change management, and program leadership within multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Lead large-scale digital and technology transformation initiatives for prominent clients, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable business impact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, focusing on organizational change management, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement.
- 12+ years in technology consulting, large transformation delivery preferable in client facing role.
- Manage End to end Transformation business case (ROI) delivery and value realization.
- Play client facing program leader for technology transformation program for specific MS engagement.
- Well versed with Project management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance etc.
- Network and relation: Build and grow stakeholder network and relationship within client organization. Create trusted collaborative environment.
- Technology/ AI Solution Development: Work with client to understand their business challenges and developed tailored technology and AI solution that drive transformation and business value.
- Innovation and Implement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologist to continuously, improve service offering and deliver innovative solution to the client.
- Drive AI transformation projects, aligning solutions with client needs and industry best practices.
- Act as a primary point of contact for end clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in digital transformation and technology innovation.
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience working on large-scale projects for MNCs or large enterprises.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and transformation budgets.
Language:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for client interactions and documentation.
Desired Certification :
- LSS, CSM, TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, CSPO
