Journey Operations Specialist

Your role at Sephora...
As our Journey Operations Specialist, you will be joining a team at the center of Sephora's evolution towards centralized multi-channel marketing capabilities and ways of working, playing a supporting role in helping shape the ways of working and how best to fully leverage the new tool. Equally, you will be an integral part in executing our multi-channel marketing campaigns and creating unique customer journeys working on the execution, testing, and optimization of client journeys like Gen Z client onboarding journey to long-term retention and re-activation journeys. As a primary liaison with our marketing strategists planning client journeys, you will use your expertise in SQL and tools like Optimove, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure Databricks to secure the data needed to power this journey, build it, test it, and monitor it long-term with your marketing partners and take part in suggesting optimizations. You job will involve actively collaborating with various teams such as CRM & Personalization Strategy & Analytics, Marketing Channels (Retention, Media, and Dotcom), Product Management, Engineering, Marketing Effectiveness, and Data Science to create personalized and impactful marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Creativity & Disruption: Utilize tools like Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure Databricks to craft and implement unique customer journeys, stimulating innovation and disruption in our marketing campaigns and client experience.
  • Drive Results: Leverage your SQL and data analysis skills to scrutinize and enhance the performance of our marketing campaigns, guaranteeing their efficiency and improved results.
  • Collaborates: Forge partnerships with various cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing operations with company objectives and ensure the flawless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Being Agile & Managing Ambiguity: Adapt to the ever-changing marketing landscape, remaining nimble and receptive to new opportunities and challenges while effectively navigating ambiguities.
  • Client Focused: when possible, be an agent of change in championing client-first thinking with all your partners and in your suggestions for optimizing client journeys.

We would love to hear from you if you have...
  • 4 6 years marketing operations experience.
  • Expertise in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience using tools like Optimove, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving results through data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
