- 15+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B focusing on lead generation, pipeline building, and customer onboarding.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic and operational skills to craft and execute multi-channel GTM (go-to-market) plans (site, CRM, paid media, social, sales enablement).
- Expertise in MarTech tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager) for B2B marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs, analyze insights, and optimize performance.
- Strong executive presence to manage cross-functional stakeholders and advocate for B2B customers.
- Integrity, accountability, and a customer-first approach with a passion for driving results.
