Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager/Scrum Manager with a strong background in project management and business understanding, particularly in e-commerce analytics. In this hybrid role, you will play a key role in driving projects and products from inception to delivery while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your ability to combine agile methodologies with strategic project management skills will ensure the success of our initiatives and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the Scrum Manager, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional team alignment, ensuring seamless communication between business, product, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Leverage data insights and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business units to ensure a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics and product-related priorities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years working in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in e-commerce analytics, with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience in hybrid work environments and managing distributed teams is a plus.
