- 5+ years of experience in software development, including:
- Strong hands-on expertise in F# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.)
- Practical experience with either Java or Python in production environments
- Proficiency in functional programming concepts and paradigms
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles (OOP, functional, design patterns)
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
- Collaborate with CX, IT, and operations teams to improve customer experience
