Project Manager- AdTech

Notes from Hiring Manager:

• We need a Project Manager - Senior Project/program Manager - Adtech/Media or Retail.
• Should have experience working with Engineers, UI/UX and Front-End Teams
• Martech/Adtech/Retail/ecommerce preffered (Facebook ads, google ads)
• Software development or engineering background
• Pleasanton, CA (Prefferd) or Dallas, TX

Senior Project/Program Manager- Media/Adtech or Retail

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Preferred) or Dallas, TX

Rate: 80-85/hr W2 or 90-93 C2C

Long-term contract or C2H Position .

What you'll be doing as the Project Manager in this role:

• Managing creative project deliverables including: ecomm, pop-up activations, social, broadcast, in-store collateral, and more.
• Building workback schedules and working mainly with in-house teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Communicating with teams across brand, marketing & creative to advise on status and identify any challenges that will delay projects.
• Being hands on and involved in overall strategy & vision of this venture, so some kind of marketing knowledge is ideal.

Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager/ Program Manager
• Ecommerce/ Retail or Media/Adtech experience is required.
• Strong PM expertise along with 360 marketing experience. Understanding how all the marketing pieces fit together (PR, brand, creative, digital, etc.), and how to manage the process from brief to delivery.
• Speak the language of creatives to ensure you are able to remove any challenges they are having in delivering their project.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify brief, set reasonable expectations on delivery and update status.
