Job Description:
- Working closely with management, marketing, and technical teams to improve existing products and create new products.
- Conceptualizing, documenting and communicating a product's lifecycle from concept, build, implementation and maintenance; while anticipating problems throughout.
- Writing and refining user stories in a context that can be understood by all team members, from non-technical managers to engineering.
- Coordinating with developers, marketing, and customer service to build user acceptance criteria as tests for validating successful story completion.
- Organize and lead daily standup and weekly planning meetings.
- Communicating all stages of product development to upper management.
- Continuous maintenance of short and long-term project tasks and benchmarks, and delivering concise management reports on the same.
- E-Commerce background preferred.
- Strong software development background preferred.
