Role Overview:
As an Adobe Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital touchpoints and enhancing customer experiences
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and analyze Adobe Analytics solutions, while also leveraging Adobe Target to deliver personalized content and drive conversions
Your expertise will be pivotal in understanding customer behavior, identifying opportunities for optimization, and executing data-driven strategies to enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define measurement strategies for digital properties.
Implement and configure Adobe Analytics solutions, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Develop and maintain Adobe Target activities, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized campaigns.
Utilize customer journey mapping techniques to identify touchpoints for optimization and personalization.
Analyze data to derive insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
Create detailed reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Work closely with developers to implement tracking codes, tags, and data layers for Adobe solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and customer journey optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and product teams to align strategies and drive continuous improvement in customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and configuration.
Proficiency in Adobe Target, including experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics Workspace, Tableau, or Power BI.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
