Overview:
Client is seeking an Product Manager to join there digital product management team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering Client's independent skincare consultants with the digital tools and delightful experiences they need to grow their life-changing businesses.
In this role, you will
1) Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Consumer & Consultant experience, constantly looking for ways to improve that experience, share your ideas, and take action to deliver positive outcomes.
2) You will collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, external vendors, engineers, other product managers, designers, and most importantly, application users.
3) You'll execute all aspects of product development from discovery to launch, and be comfortable taking on many different tasks to support and ship your product.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners, engineers, other product managers, and design experts to execute the business strategy
- Follow and develop knowledge of product management discipline and standards, instill product management best practices and standards within the team
- Work with third party technology providers detailing requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Write user stories
Job Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience in product management, with proven delivery of applications & platform products that support an eCommerce business.
- Bachelor's degree, and three years of relevant work-related experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Success in working with web product teams – collaborating with UX, project management & product teams
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, fast growing start-up like environment.
- Familiarity with complex application environments, prioritization methodologies and 'path to delivery'
- Understanding of organizations and the ability to focus and communicate based on audience
- Energetic and hands-on team player
- Analytical skills; ability to use data to drive decision making
