UX Program Manager

User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers: we care deeply about the people who use our products.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help your team improve the design of products that are used by billions of users. You ll plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines. You ll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while also working closely with our Engineering and Product Manager cross-functional partners, to drive UX team objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.

Design Program Manager:

• UX Design Manager on the team.
• Collaborates with UX and cross-functional leadership to drive business strategy, gather stakeholder consensus, refine UX design and UXR workflow, streamline product delivery and create high caliber work across different software products
• Cultivates and manages relationships with internal partners and external vendors to deliver critical design assets
• Empowers UX leads by mitigating risk, managing scope and resourcing and coordinating key approval flows
• Partners with UXR and multi-disciplinary leads to test, refine and establish data driven UX metrics across all programs
• Builds program dashboards, deliverable tracking tools and cross functional artifacts from the ground up, while simultaneously managing multiple design, research project management and engineering applications
• Enables concise execution of scenario- and resource-planning amidst turbulent market conditions while fostering an environment of employee security
