• Role is primarily in IAM management and the team is distributed between San Jose, Austin and India. They will be working on Site identity and Access management project team which is part of cloud security umbrella, and they provide identity and access management solutions to the rest of Client's. Initial few days go about ramp up process, understand stakeholders and customers. And working on leveraging the stack and help the customers.
• System is built using java, Nodejs n cloud side go
• Will have a Tech Lead apart from the hiring manager along with the Senior Engineer who this position will interact with along with a Product Manager from San Jose, very closely.
• Will be working on multiple integrations with each integration with smaller enhancements along with helping with writing new code. Will not be working on building new systems.

• 10+ years exp as a developer and 5+ years experience in Identity Management Space
• Exp. needed is in IAM management space with a developer centric mindset.
• Good development skills and at least 1 strong structures program preferably Java or C++
• Candidate should be aware of IAM space in general. Domain knowledge is more important than product
• Will be required to do customization n scripting

• Experience in Node n React a big plus
• Team uses Forgerock (Identity Management Stack) however this is not a must have skills.
• Familiar with building CICD
• Any test automation framework

• No particular industry exp but domain exp in IAM and IDM is required
• Should have a developer background
• Coordination with partner teams and developer teams very important
• Experience deployment Identity and Access management along Integration and building in Identity and Access
• Will interact with India team and they can adjust work hours accordingly
• How can IDM be integrated into business application that is what the team is looking for

• IDM configuration and no programming background
• Pure administrator profile
• People have ops background maintaining IAMs and IDMs which is not required

• Senior Lead and Architect would be bought
• Coding and domain exp

Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

Responsibilities

- Onboard applications to Client's s IdM, IAM stack

- Build test automations for testing IdM sync mappings

- Interact with stakeholders on roadmap, design and implementation specific expectations

- Coordinate with the Offshore team (India) on IGA implementation, coordinate back with

stakeholders onsite.

- Review and test the work done by offshore team to validate that deliverables are as per

expectations

- Good understanding on RBAC, Scope Claim based access, Policy based access

- CI/CD, testing automation and frameworks

- Experience with Java, Spring, Node.js and Javascript
