Data Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Google PXL, Looker, Dashboards, and Dataflow, and will be passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Google PXL and Looker.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage ETL pipelines using Google Dataflow to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to support business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity and perform validation checks across data sources and reports.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis as needed by teams.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven experience working with Google PXL (Preferred), Looker, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large data sets.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines using Google Dataflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
