Describe your ideal candidate: Needs hands-on keyboard experience with Social Selling Platforms in Meta, SNAP, Tik-Tok, Pinterest, etc.
Requirements are to prepare, launch, optimize, and report on about 10 unique vendor campaigns per month.
Required soft skills: Ability to ask the right questions, speak up when there are concerns or issues, communicate the details of their program and data effectively with manager, internal stakeholders, and the vendor
Willingness and skill to learn and adjust approach when necessary.
Why is this role open, how long, challenges, etc...?: Opened to support Vendor Funded Social Selling Campaigns to add value to our vendor partners and move through product
What would the specific day to day responsibilities for this position be?: Prepare, launch, optimize, and report on about 10 unique vendor campaigns per month
Work with Senior Program Manager and other teammates accordingly.
What software would they be using, and what level of experience do they need with it?: Managing campaigns directly in Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, SNAP, and other social platforms
Needs to have experience with Microsoft excel and other tools.
What project/initiative would they be contributing to?: Vendor Funded Campaigns to move through vendor product efficiently (ie, sell gear at scale on social channels)
What selling points of this position will make it interesting to candidates?: New program that will be responsible for driving $50M in eventual sales for REI's business
