Description

Personalization Platform Team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager of Personalization Platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

Own, develop and execute a technology roadmap to redefine our personalization.

Partner with other product managers and different areas of the business to understand customer needs, identify strategic opportunities and find common problems across the enterprise.

Identify opportunities within currently manual processes and the path towards automation

Collaborate closely with business partners and leadership to deliver and execute the best set of features that help the user and drive business goals

Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering, and launching major product releases

Understand consumer pain points and desires

Balance quick wins vs. platform investments appropriately.

Balance the use and integration of third-party solutions for quick delivery of goals

Identify the controllable input metrics for your product area to measure and monitor the success

Create processes, identify resource gaps and bottlenecks, and work cross-functionally to increase throughput and minimize operational expenses

Coach and develop other team members

Qualifications:

Experience working as a product manager on recommendation systems or similar data-driven products, preferable for an eCommerce company Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through various data sources independently and to synthesize the relevant insights from data to drive new capabilities
