This role is designed for someone who excels at translating high-level strategy into outcomes. Job Description: Program Manager - Lab-in-the-Loop (contract) The Position: We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to help drive the success of the gCS Lab-in-the-Loop Focus Area. This role is designed for someone who excels at translating high-level strategy into outcomes. The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination, facilitation, and progress tracking of this new and evolving initiative. This is not a purely administrative role while you will manage timelines and key program milestones, we re looking for someone who brings strategic rigor to how we define and measure success. You will work closely with leadership, particularly the Leads for the gCS Lab-in-the-Loop Focus Area, to operationalize the vision, ensuring that goals are met with precision and impact. "Lab in the Lab" refers to a dedicated computational environment embedded within a larger research organization, focused on specific computational tasks such as modeling, simulations, or data analysis. This setup allows for the integration of advanced computational techniques directly into the drug discovery and development processes. It facilitates rapid iteration, experimentation, and collaboration among computational scientists and other researchers, leveraging shared resources to enhance efficiency and innovation in pharmaceutical research. The Opportunity: Program Execution & Operational Leadership: Drive the execution of the gCS Lab-in-the-loop strategy by ensuring clear roadmaps, well-defined deliverables, and disciplined program management. You will support the lead by structuring workstreams, ensuring accountability, and tracking measurable progress. Initiative Facilitation: Support the execution of key initiatives. While the goals and deliverables are already defined, you will help facilitate, organize, and structure this effort for success, ensuring alignment and execution. Roadmap & KPI Management: Oversee the overarching roadmap, ensuring the core team stays on track with deliverables, milestones, and success metrics. You ll help refine KPIs and define specificity around outcomes to drive impact. Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment: Assist in connections with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that efforts align with the broader "one gCS" strategy. You ll play a key role in helping the Focus Area lead foster collaboration and drive consensus. Precision & Impact in Execution: Serve as the operational backbone of the initiative, providing structure and rigor to ensure clarity, focus, and follow-through on strategic objectives. You will ensure discussions translate into concrete actions and measurable outcomes. Who You Are: Bachelor s or more advanced depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration. Project management coursework or additional supportive training is a must (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Agile methodology, etc.). 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS). Subject matter expertise is preferred in both project and program management. Expertise in drug development is a must, experience in AI and ML is a plus. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, especially in dynamic and evolving environments. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to translate vision into practical tactics and measurable success criteria. Experienced in operational leadership roles, ideally with a focus on development of matrixed teams and projects. A strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on execution. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives to completion. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating complex and sometimes challenging stakeholder dynamics. Expected duration of engagement: 1 year, possibility for extension Location: On-site preferred

- 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS).
