Description:
Candidates for these roles should have strong communication, customer service and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected; familiarity with additional software programs is valued
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Typical duties may include: Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices, entering, posting and reconciling batches, researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger and maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks
2-5 years of experience.
• What are the top 3-5 responsibilities expected of this worker?
o Create, maintain, and map Oracle AP Suppliers
o Perform research and analysis when necessary.
o Conduct periodic audits to uphold the organization's Sox requirements.
o Communicate with division personnel, suppliers, and other employees.
o File, sort, organize, and box documents required to be retained.
• What are your top 3-5 skills in an ideal candidate?
o Experience in high volume processing/accounting environment.
o General knowledge of basic accounting concepts and account reconciliation.
o Experience working in Oracle Accounts Payable module.
o Intermediate level PC skills with knowledge of Windows & Microsoft software applications.
o Must work well in a team environment.
• Years of experience required: 2 or more years preferred.
• Education/Certifications: 2 or more years, or equivalent experience.
• Will you accept work experience in lieu of degree? What is the lowest completed degree you will accept?
Yes, work experience is an acceptable substitute
High School Diploma is the lowest acceptable completed degree.
• What is the work schedule for this position? 8:00 am to 4:30 pm AZ MST (Employee may extend lunch to a full hour and end shift at 5:00 pm if preferred).
• Is this role open to 100% Remote WFH candidates? No
The CW will be required to pick up computer equipment from the office and be available for in-office training sessions or team meetings.
• Will this role require any onsite work? How many days/week onsite is required? Yes, onsite work remains an open possibility
Currently we are required to come into the North Phoenix office 1 time a month
May increase for training purposes.
• If Onsite is required, please provide Alberton's office location: 20427 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027
