Performs business support activities such as identifying and enhancing specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided
Core tasks include:
Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and team interactions
Make travel arrangements; submit reimbursements and follow-ups
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Support team initiatives / programs, presentations and briefs as may be required time to time
Interview discussions will be based on sharing experience / learnings across the following areas
Previous EA experience working with a Global Executive in a corporate environment to help
Manage & maintain calendar / schedule calls / meetings across timezones
Arrange Global travel / expenses via an agency (*** Travel agency BCD)
Manage meetings / follow-ups from the meetings / calls
Engage with Team virtually
Work in a hybrid or virtual set-up across timezones
Open to working morning hours preferred (8am+)
Receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
