- At least 10 years of experience with proven track record of managing the development and delivery of large/midsize enterprise level applications/products in Agile scrum methodology.
2. Good technical and conceptual knowledge in JAVA and Java related technologies, Rest APIs, and relational databases like, MS SQL server.
3. Good knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA, Azure boards etc.
4. Experience in managing a large size team - onsite and offshore.
5. Good at Project Planning, monitoring, issues/risks management and control.
6. Expertise in creating RFP or proposal details for new projects
