What You Will Enjoy Doing
Receives and distributes office mail
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
The Human Resource Administrator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization s human resource department
The Human Resource Administrator will assist the with complex and specialized administrative tasks including managing and overseeing records, and generating reports
Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, I-9 e-verify, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits and other compliance reviews
You will work on special projects to assist in the implementation and improvement of new technologies to enhance the current efficiencies of the team
Performs other related duties as assigned
What Makes You Great
You possess a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field of education
At least 1 year of prior experience working in Human Resources, HRIS or complex customer service roles; internship experience counts!
You are data-savvy and have advanced Excel skills
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
You have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
You are process oriented and are driven to find improvements
You are a true team player and are willing to step forward and do whatever is needed to get the job done
