  • Provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to define measurement strategy for new features and touchpoints across the Customer Journey
  • Develops measurement playbook to evaluate the performance of digital, marketing, and omnichannel features, to establish incremental impact to the total business
  • Participates in development of strategic plans to increase profitability and mitigate financial risks
  • Work closely with digital & customer analytics leadership team and play a significant role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across teams, fostering alignment on special project efforts
  • Develop materials for C-level leadership meetings to highlight progress against target metrics, surface roadblocks, and support needs, etc.
  • Partner with technology and analytics functions to ensure teams can accurately measure omnichannel features
  • Establish analysis playbook and measurement standards to evaluate the incremental impact from new features across digital and customer touchpoints, including setting statistical best practices to be leveraged across the team
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new ideas, prioritize roadmaps, and report back against performance to targets
  • Leads measurement strategy and execution across key initiatives for future growth, including incubating early products and platforms before that are future growth priorities
  • Lead team and foster community of analysts developing both their technical and strategic skillsets
 
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (within consulting, retail strategy, marketing, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change
  • Experience in building a program to determine incremental revenue impacts from new business features for omnichannel retailers
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing tools, including Adobe Target and homegrown testing platforms
  • Experience leading digital testing, optimization, or personalization team
  • Experience as an executive with responsibility for evaluating key performance indicators
  • Deep understanding of retail industry trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition for the customer, and a vision for the team that best support business goals
  • Demonstrated passion and experience for customer strategy and retail, media-savvy a plus
  • Experience with product strategy and agile operating models a plus
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally and build influence across hierarchy levels on high impact, high-visibility corporate strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align the organization on complex decisions
